Message	inspect that the rear actuators are installed correctly before going any further. Eliminate the simple stuff first. Could be possible you did not get the strut pins fuly inserted in the actuators when you installed them in rear. Since you sit right in front of the rear tires, if those struts aren't being activated that's why it would feel like nothing is changing even if the fronts were working. Good luck.
